The grapes for Dècchitu come from two vineyards exposed to sea breezes and granite-rich terrain, giving the wine its lively character and aromatic depth. Early manual harvesting maintains freshness without compromising body or typicity. Aromas of pineapple, orange, peach, blossom and almond create an expressive profile, while the palate remains dry, balanced and refined.

Dècchitu embodies the brightness and seaside energy of northern Sardinia—a wine perfectly suited to both seafood and aperitif moments.

Dècchitu shows a straw-yellow colour. The bouquet includes pineapple, orange, white peach, blossom and a hint of almond. On the palate it is dry, refreshing and balanced, with medium-high acidity, moderate alcohol, and good flavour intensity. The finish is clean, elegant and subtly mineral.

Pairing: Excellent with fish, shellfish, light cheeses, and ideal as a Mediterranean-style aperitif.

Tenute Filigheddu is a family-run winery in Gallura, founded in the mid-2000s by Salvatore Filigheddu and today led by his daughter Maria Grazia. With Salvatore’s long agronomic experience and Maria Grazia’s dedication to both vineyard work and winery management, the estate combines technical skill with a strong personal connection to the land.

The winery cultivates 9 hectares divided between Caldòsa (Arzachena) and Pulcheddu (Palau), all within the DOCG Vermentino di Gallura area. Vermentino is the main variety, complemented by local reds such as Muristellu, Caricagiola, and Cagnulari. Since 2019, all vineyards have been certified organic, following sustainable practices with minimal intervention in the cellar.

Caldòsa’s sandy, granite-derived soils and Pulcheddu’s proximity to the sea give the wines freshness, salinity, and typicity. The winery, located in a renovated barn in Pulcheddu, uses modern stainless-steel equipment to preserve the natural character of the grapes.

Producing around 12,000 bottles per year—soon to grow to 20,000—the estate focuses on expressive Vermentino di Gallura and authentic indigenous reds, while developing new tasting spaces to welcome visitors into the landscape and culture of Gallura.

Production method

The manual harvest takes place in the second half of August, slightly earlier than usual, to preserve acidity and moderate alcohol while maintaining varietal aromas.

After destemming and gentle pressing, the must rests in stainless steel for 24 hours at 10 °C to promote natural clarification.

Fermentation begins with selected yeasts at 16 °C, lasting 15–20 days until all sugars are consumed.

Following fermentation, the wine is racked into another steel tank where it remains for 8 days at 7 °C. Further rackings follow, then tartaric stabilisation at –3 °C for 10 days.

Ageing

The wine ages 6–8 months in steel before final bottle refinement.

🍇 Selection

At Tresmundi, every wine is chosen with the utmost care – guided by the expertise of a certified wine professional with WSET Level 2. With deep knowledge of viticulture, winemaking, and tasting, we ensure that every bottle in our collection meets the highest standards of quality, balance, and character.

We focus on wines that tell a story – whether it’s a hidden gem from a small family estate or a timeless classic from a renowned region. What we offer is more than a drink: it’s an experience.

Food and wine are two of our greatest passions. They are among the richest and most rewarding pleasures in life – and we indulge in them as often as possible. When selecting our producers, we consider not only taste, appearance, or awards, but also their values, traditions, and sense of place. Above all, we value passion and respect for nature and craftsmanship. We make sure that each producer’s philosophy and vision are reflected in every drop.

Our focus lies on small, family-run wineries that work with dedication and heart. Every wine has a story worth telling. You won’t find these bottles in supermarkets – nor in the vast catalogs of large online retailers. Our wines, and the stories they tell, are meant to be discovered and appreciated.

🏡 Storage

For us, every wine tasting is a sensual experience. Proper storage therefore plays a crucial role in preserving quality.

All wines in our selection at Tresmundi are kept in a specially designed wine cellar in Hamburg, maintained with controlled temperature, humidity, and sound insulation.

Bottles are stored horizontally and away from light sources, ensuring the cork remains in contact with the wine to prevent unwanted oxidation. This careful process allows each wine to develop beautifully and reach you in perfect condition.

📦 Delivery

Our wines are shipped in certified DHL packaging designed specifically for safe wine transport (for wine orders only). If your order includes other products, we wrap each bottle securely in bubble wrap to minimize the risk of breakage.
