White almond butter

Produced in Greece, this almond butter is crafted from premium Greek almonds that are carefully peeled before grinding. Removing the skins allows the butter to take on a naturally brighter flavor and a remarkably soft sweetness that feels almost confectionary — yet entirely without sugar.

The almonds are slowly ground to preserve their natural oils and delicate aroma, creating a smooth, velvety consistency with a clean finish. With no additives or processing aids, the butter retains its authentic almond character and its naturally balanced sweetness.

The first impression is a clean, delicate almond aroma with a gentle roasted undertone. On the palate, the spread unfolds in layers:

• a soft, mellow nuttiness
• a creamy, velvety texture
• a surprising natural sweetness that comes entirely from peeled almonds.
  

This sweetness — subtle yet pronounced — makes the butter feel almost dessert-like without containing a single grain of added sugar.

It is ideal for granola, porridge, yogurt, and fruit bowls, adding gentle sweetness naturally. It pairs wonderfully with fresh fruit, especially berries, bananas, and figs and it enhances smoothies with creaminess and sweet almond notes.

In baking and patisserie, it brings a refined nut character to cakes, cookies, and fillings.

The Nutlers began as a home-kitchen project between Athens and Volos, born from curiosity and a love for pure nut butters. Countless experiments, shared tastings, laughs, and even broken blenders shaped their identity — optimistic makers dedicated to simplicity and quality. Today, they remain committed to whole, unprocessed nuts, free from palm oil and preservatives, crafting spreads that stay true to their origins and values.

Our collaboration started with us looking for nut spreads made of 100% nuts, and without any additives. We were looking for a natural spread for our breakfasts, granola bowls and pancakes.

What followed were a couple of phone calls — conversations in which Constantinos, the one behind The Nutlers, wanted to make sure we truly understood their values, their philosophy, and their products. Then came a box of samples that we loved so much we simply couldn’t not order them: each one a natural product made only from pure ingredients, from almonds to hazelnuts, pistachio to pecan, cashew to peanuts.

And from that moment, something clicked. It wasn’t just about finding the right nut spreads anymore — it was about discovering a partner who cares as deeply about honesty in food as we do. Those first jars became the beginning of a shared journey built on trust, mutual respect, and a love for simple, real ingredients.

Every product we’ve brought in since then reflects that same spirit, and every new batch from The Nutlers reminds us why we chose to work together in the first place.
